EULA

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal contract between you, the buyer and customer, and me, the shop owner and seller. By purchasing my products, you agree to the following terms:

1. License

Upon purchasing any of my products, you will be granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to download and use the product. The product should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Reselling, distributing or sharing without written consent from me is strictly prohibited.

2. Payment & Refund

All payments are final and no refunds, in any shape or form, will be granted. No exceptions. Since these are digital products, it's impossible to retrieve them.

It is the buyers obligation to make sure that the products work as expected on his system before an order is finalized. I highly recommend to test the teaser pack captures first before buying the main capture pack.

A download link for the bought products will be provided within 48 hours, usually much sooner. The link will be sent to the same e-mail address used to make the purchase.

It is recommended to download the products within 72 hours as the file links will expire after a certain amount of time.

Please check your regular and spam mail folders.

Please contact me if there's any problems with the download process or the file integrity.

5. Amendements

I reserve the right to alter the conditions and content of this agreement. The changes will be in effect immediately upon release on the webshop. Your continued use of my products after an updated agreement constitues full compliance with it.

By purchasing my products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this EULA and you fully agree to be bound by the terms of it.
